Defective bike part
I bought a giant brand chain brand new from authorized dealer at a physical location to put on a bmx bike. The chain connector part its u shaped and connects the chain has a small part with two holes to connect the chain.
This small part that has two holes to connect the chain is defective I put the chain together any slight movement and it would fall apart and the chain would disconnect. I tried bending it a little to hold it I rode the bike 10 feet and it flew off the part that holds it together the thin part with two holes went flying and I couldn't find it. Very disappointing if you can't even make a chain get out of the bicycle business. it was worse than Walmart.
quality non existent. Fell apart before it was used literally.
